FOTD - Tropical Gradient

Here is yet another look for Makeuppoverboys' contest on Instagram. I had a really fun time trying to come up with this blend of colors. One thing I wish I could change is the yellow; I wish I could get less of a golden tone and more of a bright, "true" yellow. Something to work on for next time!

Important for My Followers

For those of you who haven't heard, Google Reader is officially shutting down by the end of this month. This means you won't be able to read my blog or any other blog you follow through Google Reader.

It might seem like a hassle to go through your saved blogs and bookmark them or save them onto another blog reading site, but it's better than losing your favorite sites!

FOTD - Night Owl Dreamer

Hey all!

Today I decided to enter a contest on Instagram from user Makeuppoverboys. I'm pretty proud of this look, though I really need to start getting these looks done during they day. I have terrible lighting! Well, how do you get a night owl to change her ways?

Anywho, here's my take on one of Makeuppoverboy's looks.

NOTD - Lemon Wedge Nails

I've been looking for some nail-spiration for Summer. There are so many GREAT nail ideas on Instagram and Pinterest. I saw this next idea on Pinterest and decided to try my hand at it. The colors are so bright, I couldn't get a good picture of them. These nails POP!
