This month's ipsy bag was all about "Spring Fling." For a girl with dark olive skin, the color choices in this month's bag were a miss. I don't expect ipsy to color match its thousands of subscribers, but there should be a bit more consideration put into the colors of the samples.

Zoya nail polish in Piaf

Thank you, ipsy, for feeding my love of Zoya nail polish. Although this color might be a bit off for my skin tone, I'm sure I'll find a good use for it. 

NuMe Finishing Serum 

I can't figure out the scent of this serum. It's very subtle, almost reminds me of something I'd find at a salon. It leaves my hair nice and shiny, but I'm not sure I like the scent.

Yaby Cosmetics concealer refill in Vanilla

Pretty disappointed in this sample as I'm a darker skinned girl. This vanilla refill is no good for my skin!

Mirabella lipstick in Posy

Another color choice gone wrong for me. I'm not digging this red with a brick-berry undertone. 

Pacifica roll-on perfume in Tahitian Gardenia

I feel like a broken record. Sorry guys and gals, I'm not a perfume fan. 

**Special Extra: Urban Decay Moondust eyeshadow in Stargazer

I received this eyeshadow from Urban Decay for being an active member of the ipsy community. "Stargazer" is a shimmery gold shadow with a hint of green. I'm pretty excited to try this one out.
